US Ring Binder is what shows up on caller I. D. at 10:07 A. M.

Looked up US Ring Binder - many manufacturing companies under this name or similar. NONE of these companies seem to have this particular number. They all seem to produce products ranging from three ring binders to dies/metal stamping. No reason for them to call residential numbers.
The phone that received this call is a land-line through charter and located in the St. Louis area. Possible this is a mask by another "collection" company/"charity" or other spammer that picked up an old business number.
