Who called from 3142899224

Just received a call and they did not leave a voicemail message.

It is the American Red Cross.

Called due to blood shortage going into the 4th of the July.

I keep getting this phone #. They never leave a voice mail. I answered and said, "hello" twice while two guys had a conversation. If it's the Red Cross than they are being very unprofessional.

Been called twice today, no message, the red cross calls me sometimes, and they always leave a message and have never called more than once, I doubt that this is the red cross
