We get calls from this number in the middle of the night, and it just keeps calling and calling. The only way we can get any sleep is to disconnect the phone line. I am trying to get the number blocked.
This number appears on multiple Fax IDs as MHS, which their fax identifies is Magellan Health Services. The faxes are announcing that Magellan Behavioral Health and its various sub-entities (including "Human Affairs International — Western Health Advantage or Magellan Health Services of California — Employer Services") are relocating their offices from El Segundo, CA, to San Diego (also CA) effective 12/1/12, and it gives the new addresses for contractual notices as well as the P.O. Box for claims or disputes.
We keep getting calls from this fax line 314-292-1000, in the middle of the night, all hours of the night and day. It needs to stop, we are losing valuable sleep.
Calling at 4:00 a.m. is very annoying, especially because you fear that something drastic has happened to a family member... and then repeat the call at 6:00 a.m. utterly disrespectful..
