When I called the number back all it says is "Thank You for calling Customer Service, please select from the following options so we can best determine how to best assist you, including how to enter your phone number into our Do Not Call Registry. To speak with an agent, press 1 now. If you would like to be placed on our internal Do Not Call Registry, press 2 now."
When I pressed 1, it said "I'm sorry all of our agents are currently busy, please e-mail all questions to '
[email protected]', Thank You for calling"
When I pressed 2 it allowed me to add my number to the Do Not Call Registry. First it gives you the phone number you called from & asks if this is the number you would like added. If so, press 1; if not and you would like to add a different number press 2. I pressed 2 and then it asked me to enter the number to have added followed by the # sign. Then it repeats the number for verification & asks if it is correct Press 1, If not press 2.
