This is a third party company that handles collections accounts for creditors called
Credit Management.
They use several different spoof numbers.
They have called my Family members in their state using a Local number but giving them a 1800 number for me to call back.
They have called me from several different 314 numbers.
They have old information so when they ask me to verify my address idk what address they have but they say its not what they have have on file.
so i say thank you have a nice evening and hang up.
Receive calls from this number daily. Started out calling once every 2 weeks. But i always ignore numbers i dont know.. Finally answered due to seeing it often, and the agent stated she was with Credit Management and was calling regarding a bill from charter. What tipped me off was she (as well as later agents) couldnt even say my name but wanted verification and information. So i hung up. Since then, I've received calls every week.. now they call everyday at least twice a day. AT LEAST... sometimes 3 or 4 times a day... Never leave a voicemail. And now they even call on weekends. I just received a call from then 10 mins ago.. it's almost 9pm.. never had a debt collector call so late. Looked the number up and seen people post that its a scam etc. Glad i never gave my info and Definitely blocking this number now that they are making late night calls. Smh.
