Who called from 3143007708

Answered pho call from this number and the lady was just laughing in the phone.  I will not answer ever again and will report this if I find who it was from.

I just got a call from this number telling me they were going to shut my utilities off I told them to go ahead then I called the police and they had me call the FBI.

Got my second call from them.  They just hung up the moment I answered.

I just recieved a call as well, they just hung up when I answered.

I got a lot of calls from this number!
I stopped answering..they hang up when I answered..who is this person??
