9 calls from this number Spring Clean to my cell in 2 days!

Received call stated that they wanted to set up appointment for my HVAC summer clean and check. Stated that I already had this done by the company that installed the unit. The woman had an Indian accent. The called ID stated Spring Clean. I informed her that I am on the State and Federal do not call list, and they shouldn't be calling. This was more than likely a phishing scam for financial information.

For starters, this is not a valid phone number. I didn't answer and they left no message. Sounds like a scam to me.

Spring Clean? wanted to sell me a duct cleaning package.  The caller didn't care that I'm on state and federal no-call lists.  Multiple calls back and there's no answer on the customer service number.
