Received a call to our land line today (7 Nov 2016) at 6:56 pm from this number. Caller ID: Unavailable. I'm keeping track of the politically related phone calls we receive today, so I picked up and answered. There was no sound on the other end, even after I said "hello" a 2nd time. While I was looking this number up on 800notes, we received another phone call from 816-974-7395. That was a call with a recorded election survey. I suspect the call from 314-328-0491 was a robo test call to find out if a person would answer the phone. Jerks!
