Same thing happened to me.  They did not leave VM and when you call back it rings and rings.  Very odd.

I think it's a call for somebody who is try to get into your phone.

Someone is trying to hack you phone. They usually have to connect a computer to your phone. Then they can see and hear everything. Turn your phone off right away. When you turn your phone back on put the phone number under block numbers.

Your post makes no sense. How do they connect a computer to your phone?  And why would they?
Your last bit of information is correct, though. People should block this number.
