Who called from 3143286420

314-328-6420 called my cell phone.

I get this call on a fairly regular basis.  It says it's from St. Charles, Missouri (although I'm sure it's spoofed).  Based on how many times it calls me (always in late afternoon/evening), I'm sure it's a telemarketer.

Called at 9:15 PM.  Told them on No Call List.

This number calls me a lot . It is always late en evening after nine pm and they never say anything so I hang up. Tired of these calls

Got this call this evening 6:30pm.
Said he doing a quick survey.
And wanted me to answer questions.
Told him no thank you.
Then he started begging please help me out
Told him no thank you & I hung up.
7:30pm 2/2/17
Just call again. Wow??
