many creditors can actually change the way their caller ID comes in to make it more appealing for people to answer. this is definitely first premier bank calling to collect... if you have never had a card with them then chances are, your identity was stolen.
Same here. But sometimes they'll leave a message saying it's "Premier Bank Card" calling about an important business matter. It sounds very legit. If you call back or manage to get a live person, it sounds like a real bank -- but then they ask for your SSN or credit card number. SCAM.
