I got a call from this jerk as well. The caller ID said Gary Williams. When he started in on his sales pitch and I told him I wasn't interested and to take my number off of his list. Then I hung up. He called me back and called me a bloody a$$hole. He's lucky I'm not in the St. Louis area...
A man called and said he was not a solicitor and i told him I was not interested. He proceeded to tell me that my bank had given him my name concerning my credit card. When I ask him my banks name he said Chase. I told him i did not have any type of account with Chase and he called me a liar. then i told him if there was something with my name on it from chase that it was an error because i did not or ever have had anything with chase. He again called me a liar and i told him that if i received a call again from this number i was going to take legal action.
I got 3 calls from this number today and I can hear someone on the other end but they keep hanging up. I called the number back and got a disconnected message.
Scammers...got a call this evening...do not answer any numbers I don't recognize. Got one last week were they guy with indian accent argued with me that he was not a solicitor but then he was not a political or charity call. When I asked to talk to a supervisor he refused.
I got a call from this number by a woman with an accent who started by saying what a valued citizen I was because I never was late with my payments and had a good credit rating. They stated because of this I could get the interest removed or lowered off my credit card debt. I hung up.
