Weedman Lawn Care of St Louis. I got the same thing. A call but no message. I called back and got their VM.

they keep calling. how can they be stopped

When I answered, the fellow identified the company.  I asked,"How did you get my number?" (because I am supposed to be on a no-call list)  He said, "I don't know" and hung up.
