I get the same thing.  They call, do not leave a message and when you try to call back the number is always busy.

This number called me during school. I was very upset and did not know who it was. I called back later at home and it was busy. They've been calling randomly for the last few weeks. I'm getting irritated and my mother is worried. They need to stop calling me at school, and I have no idea how they got my cell phone number.

THEY DO COLLECTIONS FOR VANTAGE CREDIT UNION. THEY ARE FRANK AND KRAMER. THEY DONT REALLY SUE YOU THOUGH. JUST HAVE A LEGAL SOUNDING NAME FOR SCARE
TACTIC.I KNOW THIS BECAUSE IVE BEEN DOING COLLECTIONS FOR A FEW YEARS AND I SETTLED A DEBT WITH THEM. THEY DONT OWN THE DEBT, SO YOU DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM.
