Who called from 3143844079

I received a call from this number today on my cell phone.  The number said they were calling from Missouri, I don't live in Missouri.  I don't answer numbers that I don't know.  I figure if it is important, then they will leave a message.  I always type numbers into google to see if I can find out who they are.  800notes.com usually has the best answers.  Scam.

They report they are raising money for the state troopers

They called me on my personal cell phone asking for donations to the "State Troopers Foundation."

This is a scam.  Number blocked.  Caller reported.
