I have recieved 3 calls so far from this number. i dont know who it is.

I received a call and they hung up..then called me back I had hubby answer  they are telemarketing school degrees I believe..how do they get our  cell numbers?  How to stop from getting more?

They get people's phone numbers through random dialing, searching for names on an online phone directory, the Do Not Call list, hacking, etc.
