I received the following text from this number:

I have never been a Gold's Gym member. It knew my name. I don't like it! (And I don't live in the 314 area code.)
I got a text message randomly from this number just saying "Hi Amelia." I responded to see who it was and was prompted to text "STOP" to unsubscribe. I am very uncomfortable with how this number knew my information because I do not belong to a gym, and have never belonged to a gym in the past, either. Please help?
