Some guy called pretending like we've spoken before...tried to talk about reducing debt and credit card % rates blah blah blah....I hung up! Some save you money scam....don't return the call and save on your cell minutes!
Yeah, I just got a call from this number on my cell also, but nobody was there when I picked up-- just some clicking. I'll report to the do-not-call folks...
Just checked my voicemail and received a message from 314-421-4668 similar to everyone else's post except this guy said his name was Tim Olson and the call back number he left is 1-866-237-7637.
314-421-4668 called left message that I called last week about lowering my credit card interest rate. NO I didn't. Left another number for me to call 866-237-7637. Might be a scam or ID theft.
I received a call from 314 421 4668 from Tim Johnson saying we had spoken earlier last week about lowering my interest rate and reducing my monthly payments on my credit card. He said he could lower it to 1.5% interest and cut my monthly payments in half and that since I had been making the minimum monthly payment it would be a great deal for me. He said this would be the last courtesy call he would be making and to call him back today at 1 866 237 7637. I do not own a single credit card to my name for one thing and 1.5% is a ridiculously low interest rate that NO credit card company would EVER offer! This is DEFINITELY a scam.
