The lady I talked to on the phone was very nice and covered the position with me it took about 10min. I went in met another manager he was bald and had piercings and very outgoing. He covered the same exact information they covered with me on the phone. I excepted the position but didn't show because I didn't want to make 300-400 for 10 to 12 weeks. But everything I researched seemed right on. He gave me their website in the interview and I did my own reasearch. Found good and bad info on the company. But they told me the same thing over the phone. 35 year old Fragrance Company. 3 step 60-90 day paid training. Sales, Teaching and Leadership, Management and Admin. He said in the interview I would have to learn to sell perfume Bussiness to Business, Corp. Accounts, Clientel, Friends and Family, and Parking Lots. Then I'd have to teach and train, and then learn all the Office Jobs. So you make your own decision. Seems OK if you can go 12 weeks making $350 a week.
I talked to Will from 180 management, he covered the position with me and then talked to Jez who invited me to a face to face interview. And just like Adam said it was all the same as over the phone. He even said there is negative stuff on the internet about them in the interview. They seem like fun honest people and I got accepted. I start next week. And I'm looking foward to working with them.
