This call came in at 7:50 Central time; I did not answer and my phone only rang 3 times so our answering machine did not kick in. Don't know anyone from this number but it would appear that someone is spoofing the church's number for Caller ID purposes in hopes the homeowner will pick up.
Called me yesterday. I agree it's probably someone spoofing their line. It's best not to answer. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that got a call. Otherwise if they called back I might answer, thinking someone I knew was in trouble or something.
We just received a call from this same number, with "Ivy Chapel Unit" displayed in caller ID. We have received other calls, as well, and when I returned one, it was a woman who said that her ex-husband was using her number to make prank calls, so that she is harassed by people calling her back. This is an application that people (crooks/jerks) use to harass others. www.prankdial.com and www.pranktext.com
