Same call. They left a message, but I haven't listened to it yet. My phone says the number is based out of MO.

a male voice said "hi" and hung up, or the connection was terminated.  My cell phone registered 314 439 0508 as the caller number.  i tried to call back and the message said "the number is either disconnected or no longer in service."

Got a robo-call from that number in violation of FCC do-not-call law. Message tries to frighten you into thinking it's a problem with your credit card when really they're trying to get you to switch to their credit cards.
