Who called from 3144499020

My son got a call from this number and he was in an accident and no longer able to have a cell with brain damage, so they called my cell number.

tried to answer, hung up immediatly.  Called back and it is a "debt collector" that is clearly a scam as there is no company associated.

i received a call from 3144499020   its a third party  collection  agency be careful on giving out your information because its a recorded line.... GOOD LUCK

This 314-449-9020 calls me every day and when I answer the hangup is very annoying
