This "company" called me yesterday claiming to be a collection agency trying to collect AGAIN on an old debt paid to someone else. The "agent" was incredibly rude and when I spoke with his supervisor, he gave his name as John Sullivan and said that I could call him back today. Today the phone number is disconnected and the BBB said it is common for people to steal old debt information, call people with threatening tones and allegations, and hope that you will make a payment right then before having the opportunity to research it. BBB advice is to give in to nothing and make them mail you proof.
