Received a recorded call 3 times today claiming to be the IRS and they had been trying to get ahold of me, and this was final notice that the IRS was starting a lawsuit against me and I needed to call 314-449-9391 immediately.
Got a call from the number saying the IRS is suing me. I called the number from a different phone and got a foreigner. When asked why the IRS is suing me he got very angry with me. I hung up the phone. It is a scam. The IRS will say auditing not suing.
10/5/15 -10/9/15 Received four pre-recoreded messages saying the IRS is starting a law suit against us. Remember the IRS doesn't call they send certifed mail. DEFIANTLY A SCAM!
Received two calls within seconds of one another stating the IRS was suing us!!! Message left on answering machine. Another scam. There is no reason, with the technology today that all telephone companies cannot have unlimited call blocking. We should not have to invest in added devices to block such calls. If telephone companies cannot do this on their own, Congress should mandate it.
I got the wake up call this morning. Some indian or [***] answered and the boiler room background noise was so loud. I commented about his ethnicity and his mama and lite him up he went postal. It was a good laugh. Piss poor scam.
