Who are these people? I am on a Feral NO CALL list and well as a State NO CALL list this number calls me frequently telling me I have gift card. I don't want any gift card and don't like people bothering me on an early Saturday afternoon. I did not answer, but call them back just to see who they were and they tell me I can receive a $100 gift card. I said I didn't want it and told them I would turn them into the FTC and they want to are with me. What can we do to sue these people? A class action would be great?
Do not call them back because then they know it's a live number and will sell it to telemarketers.
Anybody that's calling me about something real and important will leave a message.
