who is this phone number?  They called at 730am no message left

They called me at 2:30am last night and I couldn't get back to sleep!  I just looked up this number by googling it.  The number belongs to Dr. Kimberly Anne Stieglets, RN, BC, PNP, 733 Evans Avenue, Kirkwood, Missouri.  I called them just now, but the line was busy.

More than likely a SPOOFED caller id, and not the person you located when you researched the number.  

I doubt some Dr would be calling at 2:30 in the morninig..
