I answered and pressed 1 to "lower my credit card rate" transfered me to a person who asked very generic questions. Which of my cards has the highest rate, MasterCard or visa. He used the phrase, "our records show..." a lot. When the record showed something untrue he hung up without a word. It's a scam so please report this number if called

called my cell phone, left no message.  Will be reporting it as a Do Not Call Violation
