Who called from 3144710755

calls constantly and when I answer they hang up

This number keeps calling me several times a day and never leaves a message.

These calls are from callsreferrals.net they are calling on a recorded line. I asked that they remove my number from their call list and he said he would but I went ahead and blocked that number anyway.

I received several calls today from this #...I asked to be put on no call list and also blocked this #

I asked them to stop calling me and the guy said "why" I said, I don't know who you are, why you're calling me and I don't want whatever it is that you're selling.
