I had the same thing happen yesterday. I also get calls from sds pharmacy and it's weird that they used this number yesterday. I can't even call back until tomorrow because they aren't open.
Called me today, leaving a message for someone I don't know. I guess they dialed the wrong number. I called them back, thinking I would be helping someone out to let them know that they left a message at the wrong number. They were uninterested in their mistake, and wouldn't proceed any further unless I gave them my name, and actually hung up on me. If they were indeed TriCare, this is a terrible way to treat customers. Thank God I'm not one of them.
