The call if from Gateway Bridal. it's some sort of scam and they probably got your name from David's Bridal or WeddingWire. They tell you you've won something, a honeymoon or other comparable package but they are really trying to sell you a timeshare or another useless good. They are annoying and i've repeated asked them not to call me. i have no idea how to get them to stop!
yes a lady named tiffany called me this morning and told me i had won a free trip for 2days 3nights to the bahamahas or mexico. i believe it is a scam but am not for sure...but after my research i won't be attending the meeting at the hotel this weekend. are they gonna keep bugging me??? i did attend a bridal show here in fort worth but don't remember having seen the gateway bridal setup there nor do i have a brochure from them....kinda fishy
"Tiffany" just called me too. I searched the number and Gateway bridal is all over the place on ripoffreport.com, its a SCAM! And if she calls back again i'll just throw profanities until she no longer calls me. Or just keep her on the phone a while and bug the hell outta her. those jerks!
this lady also just called me today saying i had won a free gateway... i have been reading other posts and its a scam. i didnt attend the bridal show in fort worth but i am signed up with david's bridal. she told me that they are in fort worth till weds and that we needed to go meet with them to receive our prize.
