I got a call from this number today and it was from customer service department of play-asia.com. I ordered a PSN card from them and they were just calling to confirm that.
Got called twice yesterday from this number, tried to call them back but to no avail (invalid number, probably overseas?). They called again today, it was just Play-Asia confirming an order that I had made on their website. Legit number and quite nice of them to confirm the order!
