calls me with automated voice asking if it is me, then telling me it is illegal to continue to listen to this message if it isn't me, and if i stay on the line, gives another warning to hang up, then gives me the number of 3145130122 [another number on here that has lots of complaints] to call if i have questions or in case we get disconnected, then says it will transfer me to debt collections but always disconnects before transfer. they call every few days at the same time.
i try to call the numbers and neither will go thru. i have nothing outstanding that would need collection. i must assume they are scammers fishing for information... if they were debt collectors you would think they would answer their phone to actually GET the money i am suppose to owe. story doesn't add up.
Had the same call to my phone, but I missed it. I called it back and it was constantly busy-immediately disconnected me. Have not been able to get through at all. NO IDEA what that's about.
I also got a call from this number today. The caller stated that if this was me to push a number and when i went to hang the phone up and hit a number with my fingernail and of course know was there. I am so tired of getting this calls. Some how someone has gotten my home phone number and I am very pissed off. I hope whoever these people are that they rot in a very, very hot place. Does anyone have an idea of how to stop this?
I got a call from this number, got the usual automated voice saying there was an important message for me, and I should press 1 to talk to an "agent". I hate being called by telemarketers and being told to hold or anything but I was curious so I pressed 1. I was transfered to an agent who only said her name but not the name of the company. "Hi, this is Kelly, how may I help you?" I said, "I don't know, you called me." She said, "You got a call from the automated system?" I said, "Yes..." She said, "What is the number that was called?" Me: "You called me." Her: "You got a call from the automated system, this is a company, I need your phone number so I can help you." Notice she still doesn't say what company it is. By now I'm mad and say, "I don't want to be helped, I want to know who's calling me!" To which she very snottily replied, "Have a good day ma'am, I guess you'll just be wondering" and immediately hung up!
I tried calling back and got "the wireless customer you are calling is unavailable."
I've gotten similar calls before with the automated voice, and missed a few calls from that number before. I'm really annoyed that they bother me so often, and that they condone the people in their phone center being so rude!
Answered a call from 314-513-0233. There was an automated voice saying the usual, "If you are (insert name), please press 1. If you are not this person, please hang up . . ." I hung up because it wasn't my name. Then, I used *67 and called them back. All I heard was a message, repeating, "All circuits are busy. Try your call again later."
The name of the company that came up on my caller ID was Nu-Way Service. Looked up the company name online and found nothing.
