Received two calls from this number: 115pm and 121pm on 21 July 2009. Number listed as an unpublished landline in LaDue, a rather expensive suburb of St Louis. Further identifying info ostensibly available via premium reverse look up service.
Caller ID appeared on my cell as "Caller Unknown." Got thru to my voicemail; did not leave a message other than background noise.
That number IS State Farm Bank and they left a message saying they were calling on suggestion of my State Farm agent and even mentioned his name.....message was so low I first thought there was no message at all....something about loans or mortgages or something to that effect.
They left a message. Wanted to verify employment of an employee at my company. I returned the call to the number given, and got the caller's voice mail. It's a legitimate company: State Farm Bank - they make bank loans and mortgage loans.
