It's is National Financial - a collection agency- they start with a nice "we are here to help you" then they end with a threatening call and throw in a "we are adults, and you need to pay your bills. Can't you give someone the common courtosy of a return phone call?" This company has been fined for this type of bullying by the Federal trade commission.
