They are trying to sell you a drug plan 'which will save you a ton of money' and 'send scripts free'. I spoke with a rep today and went along with the ride. They want your name and phone number which means they are a roto dialer. What is wrong with Missouri's Attorney Generals Office that they do not stop this. Called Centurylink also and they acted like they never heard of this type of scam. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DUE WITH PINNACLE. I asked the caller how his weather was today and he said 'comfortable' and I asked him if I could just mail him a check or bring a check and he said they do not have a receiving area. I asked him what part of Missouri is he in and he said Kansas City. Why the 314 area code then? He said today he was transferred to another office and not sure which City it is. LOL Told him to burn in hell and God will judge him and I hung up.
