Who called from 3145550119

This person saying to be Kevin Williams, said he was calling from microsoft.
This man said that my computer had downloaded something that was compromising my computer and that my computer was sending microsoft email indicating a problem. he told he could help me fix the problems.
He said if I did not fix the problems my computer would breakdown.
I asked for a call back number. He gave me this one. 315-215-0657 his ID  number MS- 00659 looked up this number and found this information https://www.facebook.com/sandragarylapointe/posts/10201838731997060 and http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-315-215-0657
I never called back. My computer is okay.

Received call at 10:24AM PDT, no message left.

Left a voice mail about an arrest warrant. Didn't give a name, just said that if they didn't get a call back by the end of the day that it would be activated. I have no clue who these people are or who they were trying to contact.

Did they issue one?  I got a call today saying my name came up in social and I would have aren't if I didn't call today.  But message never said who the call was for.  I was wanting to know if it was a threat or if they did.
