Who called from 3145584436

Some kind of new collection tactic where they make the call look like it is comming in from a local number. When you talk to them, they leave 866-516-6694 with an ext as call back.  They just keep getting dirtier and dirtier.  Husband hasnt worked in almost a year, everything is behind, but I refuse to pay through collection agencies.  I do not talk to them and make payments directly to the creditor at all times.

I do the exact same thing, NEVER deal with collection people, always pay direct.
