They are a law ferm / debt collector in St louis they are a pain in the but and rude .it you ask them what they want they hang up and call rite back finly told them off and they didn't call of 2 days but now call 3 times a day again. my debt was Quick cash. O they will also call your relitives if they have your name and can bye your info over the internet. they call my old bosses and my mom and my step dad and my aunt in a diferent state.
They are not a law firm. Only an unscrupoulos collection agency. They try to ask for your supervisor or human resources dept. Don't fall for this. They are just trying to scare you into giving them money. It is illegal to contact you at work if you tell them not to. Aslo they can not garnish your wages without first going through the legal process and obtaining a judgment in small claims court. Says his name is Andrew Coffee. BEWARE its a scam!
They called me from that same # saying they're with some law firm and before they file the suit they wanted to make me aware of the issue. She's was saying something about an account and a payment and garnishing my wages. I'm like are you talking about a payday loan? She goes yes. I said are they legal in North Carolina? She paused and then said I don't know.. I said well that's not a valid answer, when you get the answer call me back. You can not file a suit on me about something that is not even legally authorized in my state!! FOH!!!!!!!
