This guy is a crook. Keep an eye out for him. I wish someone would nail him. I saw a "too good to be true" listing in NYC from this guy and googled his e-mail address to find other warnings. He wants you to send him money BEFORE you get to see the apartment. I obviously did not send him anything buy played along on the e-mail with him for a bit. He has a lot of "listings" out there so be careful. I am sure he will figure out soon enough and change his e-mail address, but hopefully people will be able to spot him again and notify everyone else.
i played along with it also to see how rediculous this guy is... total scam artist. asking prices below 50% of what rents are going for, and asking for 2 months up front mailed to him as "deposit". would love to see this dude get thrown in jail.. problem is most people in manhattan are way to smart for a dumb [***] like him
