This is some debt collector agency, block their number as they have no legal authority besides harassment.

Company states:  "calling regarding a matter pertaining to yourself" not stating a business matter or that they are actually a collection agency.  Person making call says their name so fast you can almost not catch it.

Debt Collector. Collecting for security systems. Rosenthal, Morgan & Thomas, Inc. Left no message. Calling from Missouri.

i don't have & haven't had a security system.

Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

I have no idea who this caller is. I called the number back and it said Rosenthal, Morgan and Thomas.

Sounds like a debt collector or lawyer for something
