Woman with heavy accent called from this number saying she is with the BTB Group. she then asked to speak to an IT mgr. She didnt know their name but wanted to be transfered. I do not transfer callers if they do not know the name of the person they want to speak to. Do some research and then try to sale something. idiots!!!!
We are an accounts receivable office and got a call from this unknown person who would not leave his name. Asking for our credit/IT person and was talking about our Corporate office and named someone who doesn't even work here. Very strange indeed. Do not respond as whoever it is coming from isn't legit.
"Jeff" called for the "business owner or CEO", He didn't even have the name and I am almost sure he doesn't know anything about the company at all. Cold call.
