I received a phone call on Sunday, December 19 saying I had not had blood work done for my diabetes and cholosterol since July and needed to have it done before the end of the year. There must be some mistake because I had the blood drawn on October 6, 2011 and discussed the results with Dr. Fryzek on October 13. In addition, I have it scheduled to have the blood work done on January 17 and will see Dr. Fryzek on January 24. Please respond to this as it is brginning to make me very upset. I thank you in advance for your help.
Sincerely,
Linda Zimmerman
Spam? The recorded message went to voicemail on my cellphone. The front end of the message was missing and it did not repeat so I have no idea who it was or what they represent.
I got a similar (cut off at the beginning). I called the number back and got a voicemail supposedly from Kathy at United Health Care (telling me to go to a website or leave a message). Since UHC is my insurance company, it's possible it was a legit call, (though you'd think they'd fix it so that the message they leave on our voicemail would repeat) but I'll bother with it later on.
I don't get very good cell phone reception at work so I missed the call but got a voicemail from this number. It was an automated call from United Healthcare about an "important message" and I think it mentioned test results. It said I could read the message on their site and gave an address, but the site asks for my member ID. I haven't had insurance through UHC for five months or so.
This is a call from UHC - it is a reminder service that you may need to schedule specific lab tests based on your past history of claims with them.
It is for MyTest - Clinical Care Team....
If you call them back they send you to www.uhc.com/mytest
