Just got a call now on my cell phone. Glad searches work so fast as it was still ringing when I saw this page, so decided to let it ring and go to voice mail. The voice mail is definitely offering a loan for credit card consolidation. Hopefully, they won't call back, ever.
def. a scam. you should answer and tell them (recovery resources) that you have added your name to the class action law suite against them and that this call is being recorded per your lawyers instruction, and then listen to them squirm for 5 seconds before they hang up! ahahaaha, I love having more info than these retards they have calling trying to swindle hard working people out of their money. If they could make it a profession to physically track down these losers (who use cloaking on their phone numbers) I would literally be the commander and chief of that squad! I would hunt them to the ends of the earth.
