I had one repair with them. $2500 plan, $1000 repair - they paid $600 saying that was the maximum they would pay out on my car - ever! Now they want me back? How stupid do they think I am?
(BTW, I stopped paying their premiums immediately when they refused to pay the full claim as advertised. I only lost a net $18. But, DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS!)
I purchased their plan with the understanding that i could cancel within 30 days with a full refund. They used HIGH pressure methods to sell their product and I could only get the "deal" of a lifetime if I agreed to purchase the warranty while on the phone with them. After doing some research through the BBB I found out what type of company they were. I called to cancel my policy and the woman I spoke with was VERY rude and ignorant. I did get all of my money back but I recommend that no one buy their service plan.
