I keep getting the same calls from the career institute as well.
I pressed 1 to speak with someone and
He told me I would be removed from the list.
So hopefully these calls Stop. It's really unnecessary
to call so much!
I filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry because the calls are coming in dozens per day.
In the comments column I told them that apparently there's a Facebook ad that's being used to scam people into disabling their numbers on the Do Not Call Registry and that I am getting dozens of phone calls per day. Some of the telemarketers that I bothered to talk to justify their calls by claiming someone opted to be called on Facebook. The ad is apparently being used by people to maliciously add perfect strangers to the telemarketing lists or it's being abused by the telemarketers themselves. I said that this facebook ad needs to be investigated because it's wide abuse is angering a lot of people as is evident by many, many complaints online.
They ring a couple of times a day, seems to be a rotation. I won't answer, they won't leave a message. Wish I could block that #, at the same time I get calls from 312-878-5582 and 917-627-5523
