called the number back, there is an answering machine, it says it's for a free publication that you receive or are eligible to receive. Then it tells you to leave your phone number(s) for removal.
they called me and I said hello and they said hello and then in a soft voice she said great they don't speak english and hung up. I only speak english...lol
