Who called from 3146275562

Constantly getting phone calls from 314-627-55XX (the last 2 digits are always different).  As I get the calls, I add them to the Blocked Number list on my phone. Anyone know who this could be?  They're annoying as hell.

I have gotten several calls from this number but they never leave a message.  My assumption is it is some telemarketer but my number is on the do not call list.

They are becoming increasingly annoying.
Sometimes they even call after 9pm! It is obvious that the Do Not Call list, does not work...!
