I am on the "Do Not Call" list.  Why are they calling?

I don't know who this person or business is however they don't leave a mess. I have a phone rule if you a call back leave a mess. Otherwise you will not.

These guys called my cell. The automated caller said it was SOS <technologies/industries/something I can't recall> and that some offer was available to my area. I immediately hung up as I HATE ROBO-CALLERS ON MY CELL PHONE!  GRRrrrrrr..
