Recorded call about presidential stimulus, gives an opt out option. Getting very tired of these calls!

I don't know who it is but I at least wish they would leave a message. Drives me crazy.

Have gotten many called last one I missed, no message. Have tried to opt out and it's not working. Why is it ok for the government to telemarket again??
