called this morning, did leave a message. it was about claiming a target gift card

I just got the call saying something about my family, and had won. SCAM BS. I live in 850 area

They've called twice, both times claiming to be from the IRS. We're military and have moved a lot, but we've never lived in Missouri.

called my cell number everyday and I refuse to answer.
